**For a lot of LGBTQ+ folks, joy can be hard to find.** The reason is simple: when we were growing up, most of us learned to hide, deny, or even hate important parts of who we are. 

### Learning to love *every* aspect of your complicated, wonderful queer, trans, or enby self — even the parts of your personality who cause you trouble — will transform your life for the better. That joyful transformation happened for me. It happens for my clients. And it can happen for you.

As a trained Internal Family Systems practitioner, I help folks with kind hearts and complicated brains explore their inner lives to live more freely and fully. In one-on-one coaching sessions, online anywhere or in person at my office in Northeast Minneapolis, I’ll help you explore your own mind and memories to find healing and liberation for *all* of your unique self.
