Embodied IFS in the Twin Cities
Robyn Lending Halsten

This fall, certified IFS therapist and consultant Robyn Lending Halsten will share her decades of experience in Dance/Movement Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and the Discipline of Authentic Movement (DAM) with other Twin Cities IFS practitioners — including me! — in a new monthly consultation group.

Twin Cities Monthly In-Person Embodied IFS Case Consultation Group Forming

Facilitated by Robyn Lending Halsten, MA, LPC (WI), LPCC (MN), BC-DMT

About the group

Each session will incorporate movement-based experientials to foster a deeper connection for growth and healing for both the provider and client. Connecting with Self and parts as they arise in relationship to the client will be explored. Participants will have the opportunity to integrate the IFS model through a neurobiological, somatic perspective that does not solely rely on verbal language for parts and Self to be revealed, expressed, and integrated. The first hour will be experiential and the second hour will focus on case consultation. No prior movement experience necessary.
